Sentiero 109A: Connection with path 101

This track allows you to connect in the shortest way the “dell'Avaro” Plains with the path n° 101, in direction of Benigni Refuge.

Start from the hotel (1702 m) and follow the path n° 109 for about 20 minutes, along a dirt road that goes up the slope (north). You come to a signposted fork (1814 m): to the left, the path n° 109A begins and will cross the path n° 101 in the direction of  the Benigni Refuge; to the right, the path n° 109 continues. So turn left (west) going up the valley underneath the M. Avaro, until you cross the path n° 101 (2060 m)
