Sentiero 222: Rifugio Capanna 2000 - Passo Branchino

From Rifugio Capanna 2000(Hut) go walk a short stretch downhill on 221 path till a signpost (about 1935 m). Then head north (tuning right), cross a valley (Val d'Arera) and go on along the hillside, heading toward the beginning of Valvedra Valley. The path follows with some up and down  and finally leads to more open fields and, crossing pastures, to  Branchino Hut (1836 m crossroad with 231path coming from Zorzone village). After a short downhill and a short climb you get at Branchino Pass(1821 m). 

This path and the paths 218 and 244 are called “Sentiero dei Fiori” (Flowers’ Path)
