Sentiero 426: Schilpario (Fondi) - Mines’ Loop Trail

Just before " Fondi" place (near Schilpario village) the path begins on the left near the visitable Mine/Museum. The path starts near the Mines’ facilities (1234 m). After a short stretch in the woods, there is a crossroad. Turn right following the 426 path(signpost), leaving on the left 427path. Along the path you find several mines and remains of mining work. The path then bends toward Valbona, crosses the creek on a bridge and joins to 427 path (1500 m-signposts). Following the 427path, go downward in the woods, finding other remains of the mining works, and get the starting point. Loop path: total time 1:30.
