Descrizione
The first stertch of the trail was changed in October 2017. The new starting point is at “Fondi” hamlet(1260m). Climb the Dezzo creek valley up to 1450 m to meet the crossroad with 419 path. Follow eastward heading Rena Plains and leave on the right the 418 path (rising to Valzellazzo Pass). Walk in the forest to the crossroad with the forest road leading to Lower Campelli hut (1640 m). Stay on the dirt road heading Campelli Pass, cross the 417 path at “Madonnina dei Campelli” and reach Upper Campelli Hut (1812 m) and Campelli Pass (1892 m). Go back about 500 m turn right and, heading northward on the dirt road, get Giovetto hut and Giovetto Pass (1805 m). Follows along the hillside up to 1942 m (Glaiola or Giaiola Place) then go downhill to reach the Vivione Pass (1828 m).
