The round path starts from a mule track by Vall’Alta di Albino’s cemetery (426m). It leads you to “Fonte Canale” on the paved road that takes to Altino’s sanctuary. Keep on going on that road as far as the sanctuary (811m). Here step up the staircase that takes you to the church and, at the end of the staircase, turn left at the picnic tables. From that side, a wood path starts that keeps you straight at a height of 830m as far as the “Colombera” mountain house. Just before that mountain house, you get to a “Roccolo” (bird-shooting house). Keep on walking on the flat path that leads you to some well-kept mountain houses. Walk down an easy mule track and, after having walked down about 150m, on your left there is a new path that leads you to “Fonte delle Cisterne”(807m). The path goes quickly down and takes you to “Cascina Groma Bassa” (563m). You keep on walking on an easy mule track, you pass a little chapel and you shortly reach Vall’Alta’s village, just before the parish church, about 300m from the graveyard that was the starting point.
