Sentiero 316: Cantoniera della Presolana - Monte Visolo

CENTRAL-EASTERN OROBIE TRAIL  /  SENTIERO DELLE OROBIE CENTRO-ORIENTALI  

Start from the Presolana Pass (1297 m) and follow the same trail of the path n° 315 to the Baita Cassinelli Refuge (1568 m, CAI – Castione subsection). Leave on the left the path n° 315 rising towards the “Grotta dei Pagani” cave. Go north and ascend the slope with many bends to an altitude of approximately 1800 m. Proceed for a stretch of transverse path to the right. Then climb again steeply, gaining altitude with difficulty, along the steep meadows leading to the top of Mount Visolo (2369 m).
