Sentiero 215: Baite di Mezzeno - Rifugio Laghi Gemelli

From Roncobello village get by car Capovalle hamlet and follow till the end of the road, near Mezzeno huts, where you can park your car (1600 m). Then begin to climb the side of the valley on your left (right orographic) along the path leading to the drinkable water collecting facilities for the pipeline. At a height of 1800 m, the sparse forest ends. Follow climbing, leaving on the left the path 217 that leads to the Tre Pizzi. Crossing pastures, reach the Foppe hut (1933 m) and the Croce hut. The path climbs again steeply on the slope that leads to the Mezzeno Pass (2142 m). From the pass you can enjoy a great view of Gemelli Lakes. Go downhill till you cross the path 216 coming from Rifugio Alpe Corte (Hut) and along the shore of the lake get the Rifugio Laghi Gemelli  (1961 m).
