Sentiero 412: Vilmaggiore - Pizzo Tornello

The path has two starting points:1) in front of Vilmaggiore church (1086 m) 2) from Ronchi neighborhood of Vilminore. The paths join after a short stretch and climb upstream the Tino Valley. Get Cascinetti place (1719 m) and, a little above, there is a crossroads. Turning left, you climb to the Cornalta lake (2181 m), turning right you climb to Varro lake (2236 m). At this last lake, the paths join again. Continue heading to the saddle (2509 m) between Tornone Mount and Tornello Peak. Not far ahead there is the crossroad with 430 path, leading to Rifugio Tagliaferri. Following northward the stony ridge, you get the top of Tornello Peak (2687 m).
