Descrizione
It starts from the hamlet Beltrame of Valbondione (940 m). Following the road to Lizzola, about 200 m after the hairpin bend to the right and close to a cafè, a path starts on the left, with regular slope and rising into the woods. It climbs up the side of the valley. After going through some small valleys you reach the lower station of the cableways used to transports food to the refuge. The dirt road now becomes a muletrack, out of the woods. It continues to rise, making several turns. After crossing the paths n° 305/306 (1748 m), it continues and, after passing a flat and aerial stretch (equipped by safety ropes) dug into the rock of the Mount Verme, it arrives at the Curò Refuge (1915 m).
Note: there is an alternative in the first section of this path; you can leave the car at the hamlet Grumetti of Valbondione and rise into the woods by a path until you reach the above forestry road from Beltrame. Then follow as above described.
